SHIPPING PROCESS

Temple Health & Wellness Distributors ships to addresses located in the United States only via DHL and commercial carrier. Orders generally ship within 24-48 business hours of the time of placement. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 days of shipment. No shipments will be made to locations outside of the United States.

Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after it has been submitted, please contact Customer Support immediately by phone1-(877) 313-3679 or email support@templehwd.com. You must contact Customer Support as soon as possible in order to modify or cancel your pending order. However, we frequently ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

Delivery of any products purchased from us will be F.O.B. Origin. Title to such products and risk of loss shall pass to you upon delivery of the products by Temple Health & Wellness Distributors to carrier. We do not assume any liability for shipment. You represent and warrant that you hold any and all required applicable licenses or permits required to purchase, possess, or ship such products. The laws governing the products sold via the Website differ among the various states in the United States and, as a result, it may be illegal to take or transfer the products across state or international borders. You represent that you are aware of the laws applicable to it governing the possession, use, transport, or sale of the such products and assume all risk for shipping to any location.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

At Temple Health & Wellness Distributors, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you in the best condition and in a timely manner. However, there are circumstances at your delivery address that might be beyond our control. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery confirmation provided by our carrier serves is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP and NAICAS standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease with our products.

Temple Health & Wellness Distributors wants you to be beyond satisfied with your experience with us, so we have made returning or exchanging products easy. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product along with any opened product that represent all items from your original order to qualify for a full refund within 30 days from the date that you place your order (the billing date).

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Our shipping boxes will look like those shown at this link.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND PROCESS:

To initiate a refund or exchange simply click on the return portal link and enter your order number and zip code or email us at support@templehwd.com or call (877) 313-3679. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details for shipping the items back to us. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product. To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.Any return may be subject to a restocking fee not to exceed $16.95.

All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receipt Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within 48 hours of receipt to our customer service team at support@templehwd.com for replacement of damaged products or call (877) 313-3679. Include a full description of the damages to the product along with photo proof. If the product(s) arrive damaged within the 48-hour period, we will immediately send replacement products for the damaged items. Our customer service team will ship out a replacement for all approved damaged products in accordance with the detailed information provided Including a full description of the damages to the product along with photo proof being provided to the customer service team.

If we receive a returned order within 30 days that does not include all products from the original order, we will issue a partial refund only for the returned products.

To obtain a full refund for both used and unused products, you must return any empty or unused portion of your order along with the unused portions, please contact our customer service team at support@templehwd.com or by calling (877) 313-3679. Your return must be approved, and the return must be received within 30 days of the date that you place your order(the billing date).

If we receive a returned orders marked “Return to Sender” we will issue a full refund of the products with the exception of all shipping charges that may have occurred during the shipping process. A partial refund will be issued minus the original shipping charge, the return shipping charge, and any applicable restocking fees.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-10 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 30 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
